Hello, my name is John Holland, and I am the owner and founder of JLH Consulting Services.
I am a seasoned IT Professional who understands the value of education and experience. I have both. My Degree is in Business. With over 30 years IT experience – combined with Cisco and Microsoft training, I recognize some things change based on technology, and some things never change. There will always be a need for support.
But what separates me from most skilled technicians is my ability to interface with people. I enjoy working as part of a team and do my very best to provide value in all situations. When troubleshooting problems, my nature is to listen and provide feedback – something that everyone appreciates. No one wants their issue to “fall through the cracks” and not be addressed. People respond favorably when they know their concerns matter.
The bottom line is I enjoy Technology and enjoy working with other folks to build solid technical solutions. There is always more to learn, and share. I am confident but not arrogant, and look forward to opportunities to use my talents and skills…while treating others with respect. In doing so, I believe I earn repeat business and referrals.
